"Harley’s audiences are families, but it’s hard to tell who enjoys him more – parents or children.” Los Angeles Times

Intergenerational entertainment at it’s best, Bill's songs and stories paint a vibrant and hilarious picture of growing up, schooling and family life. Masterful storytelling and comic narrative songs will have listeners young and old laughing out loud. With slice-of-life vignettes about big trouble and simple pleasures, Bill’s rubber-faced abandon and keen memory will delight the entire family.

With songs, stories and commentary about work and play, parenting and growing older, friendship, dogs and family traditions gon awry - plan to experience Bill's trademark insight and humor in a new way.

"Peppering his originals with stories, commentary and well-chosen, well-written covers, the fun from this performance is infectious.”
The Performing Songwriter

Bill at the Timpanogos Storytelling Festival

Bill is a versatile performer, able to fill a wide variety of slots at festivals. At home in front of both adult and family audiences, on main stage or in workshop settings, his blend of song and story is unique. Offering a contemporary perspective with a foundation in traditional material, he can be included in workshops on storytelling and recitations, songwriting - topical, humorous and narrative songs - and song leading. Accomplished on guitar, he fiddles (so to speak) with a half dozen other stringed instruments, including, most recently, the ukulele.
